The owner, Karin, made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of Tel Aviv; very close to the beach. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent.
The layout of our (duplex) apartment was not optimal (tv above entrance door) and the rooms were not very spacious. Other than this (minor) remark, we enjoyed our stay very much.

I chose this hotel for a training session and it was perfectly located for both business and leisure. The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, providing a home-like comfort. The living room and kitchen were great for preparing my own meals. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, including the restaurant.
The only service I missed for my work was an early breakfast option. The restaurant opened at 8:00, which was not ideal for working people leaving early.

The location is great, the suite was cleaner than any other place we stayed at in Israel. Modern facilities, nice breakfast with four options to choose from.

I really liked the location of the hotel and the room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The wireless worked perfectly. I had a bigger room with a separate sleeping room, and even a balcony. This room type was perfect and would be perfect also for a longer stay since the kitchenette was very handy. I also liked the breakfast and the restaurant were it was served, lovely to be able to sit outside.
The reception space is really small and sometimes there was some waiting, but the staff was friendly.

I liked the location. It was close to the beach and on top of all the shops, bars, supermarkets, chemists, banks etc. the staff were very friendly and immediately acted upon a situation that needed sorting out. before my trip, my emails and phone calls were dealt with immediately and i didnt have to wait hours or days for replies. everything in the kitchen area of the room was easy and straightforward to use.
I have no real complaints. I think there should have been an iron in the room but i know if i wanted to use one, they would have made it available. I think the towels could have been slightly better quality.

The breackfast at the attached restaurant is very nice and tasty, the hotel is walking distance fom the beach and city center.
Very noisy location, you must sleep with windows shut. Cleaning need impruvment! No doors between the"2" rooms, if you choose a suit

Enjoyable stay with a few minor drawbacks. Text: The hotel's warm and cozy decor made me feel right at home, and the public areas were easy for me to navigate as a senior. The staff was attentive and always ready to assist me. They even brought fresh milk to my room upon request! I also appreciated the hotel's location close to attractions like the Tel Aviv Museum of Art and within walking distance of Gordon Beach.
The only thing that would have made my stay even better is if the children working there had a bit more patience and understanding with us older guests. But overall, it was a wonderful vacation experience.

That it was near the city center, in the crowded area next to the shops, very helpful for me
too much noise from the main road, traffic and horns

We loved this hotel's central location in a very lively neighborhood. It was close to everything, including fantastic restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. Transportation was also easily accessible from the hotel.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The location of the hotel .
The breakfast at the cafe does not have many choices and also they dont serve breakfast before 8. The rooms were just ok and i did not find them worth the price.

The staff was courteous and professional, qualities sometime lacking in Israel. I booked a one bedroom apartment with balcony. When I arrived, it wasn't available so they gave me a two bedroom apartment (with 2 full bathrooms) and a rooftop terrace, all for the same price ($119). I had my American passport with me so there was no tax. I also loved the location (corner of Gordon and Dizengoff). It's a pretty noisy corner but I could barely hear anything from the 4th floor. It's only a few blocks from the beach and it's near tons of cafes and shopping. Also, there's a 24 hour small supermarket right across the street.
